Delete Account – Dr.Clean
At Dr.Clean, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Dr.Clean account, please follow one of the methods below:
Option 1 – Email Request
Send an email to:
Info@drclean.appPlease include:
- Your registered email address or phone number
- A clear statement requesting account deletion
Option 2 – In-App Request
If available, you may also submit a deletion request through the Dr.Clean mobile application.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Personal account information, including your name, phone number, and email address
- Saved addresses
- Order history
- Payment method references, excluding transaction records required by law
- App usage data linked to your account
Data Retention
Some data may be retained only if required by law or regulatory obligations, such as:
- Financial transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance
- Records required to resolve disputes or prevent fraud
Deletion Timeframe
- Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days
- You may be contacted to verify your identity before deletion
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
Important Notes
- Deleting your account will permanently remove access to all Dr.Clean services
- Active or pending orders must be completed or canceled before deletion
- You will no longer be able to log in after deletion is completed
